- Cancellations and changes made up to 60 days before the date of arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellations and changes made up to 30 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 40 % of the total booking price.
- Cancellations and changes made up to 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 70 % of the price of the entire booking.
- Cancellations and changes made in the last 7 days prior to arrival or no-shows will be charged at 90 % of the price of the entire booking.
- Non-refundable or non-cancellable bookings will be charged the full amount.
- For bookings made through external providers such as (Booking.com, Expedia, Feratel, etc.), the cancellation policies of the respective portals apply.
- Any changes to your booking must be made in writing and require our reconfirmation. Telephone enquiries are not considered binding on our part and must be paid for separately in case of a dispute.
- Special requests that are not specified, such as extra beds for additional persons, cots, pets or additional parking spaces, will be charged on site upon arrival.
Cancellation insurance
Dear guests, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung, which will cover the cancellation costs for you if necessary.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-Out until 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure, there is no Late Check-Out
Check-In at the reception 16:00-22:00, for late arrivals key cards will be deposited in the safe with code, read arrival information in arrival email.
At check-in, your credit card details will be deposited as security for unpaid bills or any unreported damage or excessive soiling of the room, which will result in a more expensive final cleaning.
