Cancellation terms

In the event of a booking, we kindly ask you to make a deposit of 25% of the total amount within 7 days to our account at Raiffeisenbank Strobl, AT68 3505 6000 0201 7960, RVSAAT2S056, stating your travel period and your first and last name, so that we can allocate your deposit correctly.

For last-minute reservations, please only provide us with your credit card details.
In the event of early departure and a previous firm booking, the remaining travel price will be charged. Place of jurisdiction Salzburg.

Group travel:

• cancellation of the entire group in writing free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival
• chargeable, written cancellation up to 7 weeks before arrival 30%
• chargeable, written cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival 50%
• chargeable, written cancellation up to 5 weeks before arrival 70%
• chargeable, written cancellation up to 4 weeks or less before arrival 90%
• we will agree a free, written reduction in the number of participants up to 4 weeks before arrival
• if the number of participants is reduced less than 4 weeks before arrival, 70% of the total booked services will be charged
• all changes, cancelations or reductions must be made in writing without exception
• the Hotel Strobler Hof requires the exact number of people taking part or a current list of rooms and names up to 14 working days before arrival. If this is not done, the hotel accepts no liability for the requested accommodation. This list is a guaranteed minimum number of participants and will be charged to the organizer in any case
• if necessary, we reserve the right to accommodate the bus driver and tour guide in one of our neighboring establishments
• if necessary, we will inform you of the amount of the deposit required
