Cancellation conditions for individual travelers:

• can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival
• from 13 days before arrival 40% of the booking
• from 7 days before arrival 70% of the booking
• from 6 days before arrival 90% of the booking
• from 2 days before arrival 100% of the booking
• no show or earlier departure of the booking

In case of a booking, we kindly request for a deposit free of charge of 25% of the total amount be posted to our account with Raiffeisenbank Strobl, AT68 3505 6000 0201 7960, RVSAAT2S056, stating your travel period and your first and last name within 7 days , so that we can correctly allocate your down payment.

For short-term reservations, please only provide us with your credit card details.

Early departures and previous solid booking the rest of payment will be charged.

Cancellation conditions for groups:

• a free written cancellation can be made up to 8 weeks before arrival
• a written cancellation up to 7 weeks before arrival 30%
• a written cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival 50%
• a written cancellation up to 5 weeks before arrival 70%
• a fee-based, written cancellation up to 4 weeks or less before arrival 90%
• we agree a free, written reduction in the number of participants up to 4 weeks before arrival
• the number of participants is reduced less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, 70% of the total booked services will be invoiced
• all changes, cancellations or reductions must be made in writing without exception
• the Hotel Stroblerhof requires the exact number of participants up to 14 working days before arrival or a current list of rooms and names.
• if this is not done, the hotel does not guarantee the accommodation as requested.
• this list is the guaranteed minimum number of participants and will be invoiced to the organizer in any case we reserve the right, if necessary, to accommodate the bus driver and the tour guide in one of our neighboring companies.
• if necessary, we will announce the amount of the down payment required
